Last Thursday I took a breath of fresh air… quite literally too… by participating in the Justin and Mary Wedding Walk Through Workshop. J & M are two of my favorite people. Kind to others, generous with their information, friendly to newcomers, helpful to those with questions, soft spoken when given compliments, and most importantly… genuine. This was the second workshop I have taken with them and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking continuing education. I am grateful to call them friends and I look forward to my time with them in the future.
Justin and Mary began the day by going through a typical wedding day telling their story through some of their signature images. They set up details and told you what they look for, what lenses they uses, how they do what they do and every other tidbit of information you could ask for.

After that we headed to the church were we were not shooting images, but running through the wedding. After a tasty lunch from Panera, we headed to the Guilford Yacht Club where I was able to get the taste of fresh air I was looking for… as seen in the video below taken on the Nikon D3s (I know… the Canon 5D Mark II video quality is better, don’t start).
