Today as part of their class, the school took the kids to a market place where they sell fresh fish, meat and cheese. These kind of markets always interest me… cow tongue, pig stomach, bull testicles, rabbit hearts, and so much more.
Tomorrow, we are headed to Carnaval in a town outside of Salamanca. Some who can stomach it will get to see a bull fight, others will enjoy the festival. Of course, I will be with my camera to capture the moments! Sadly, tomorrow will also be our last day in Salamanca before we head back towards Madrid on Sunday morning.j
