It’s been a while since I blogged and for that, I apologize. I have been getting my ducks in order because I am off to España today with a colleague and 18 of our students. I’m psyched for this trip and not just because I get to reconnect with the country that helped to form me to become the person I am today, but also because my students will get a very similar opportunity that I received. They are going to live with a host family, take classes in Spanish, and sight see in a mini study abroad experience similar to the one I had myself 8 years ago.
I’m going to try my best to blog every day while on the trip with at least one photo in each post, so be sure to check back in to see what’s going on. I will be gone from today, Feb. 12, until February 23.
