This is my wonderful wife, Diana. She doesn’t cook often, that’s generally my job, but when she does, she chooses really good dinners. Tonight’s special: a turkey bacon and ground chicken shepherds pie.
For me, what made this really special was the fact that she cooked dinner with a bum pinky. We’re not talking hang nail… we’re talking fingernail is bound to fall off hurt. We have a front door that has a tendency to slam shut when there are windows open in the house. OUCH!!!
My wife is tough! I know I would be milking it for all it’s worth…
