The Good goes to Gander Proofs for their customer service. I have been on the phone with them CONSTANTLY getting our business relationship off the ground and Amy has been super nice and patient. I also want to thank B&H Photo Video for the recent package that arrived on my doorstep. The fact that I ordered it yesterday and it arrived today gets a WOW!

Jake – I had a similar experience at the White Plains County Courthouse and called the County Executive and explained how I felt – within 20 minutes a new flag was waving with all it’s beauty. I just called the complaint number and spoke customer service – gave my name and told them that as a US citizen I find it deplorable and disgusting that this flag is flying and want it changed immediately if not sooner – I spoke to Jen in Customer Service who said she would bring this to the attention of the Amawalk Postmaster – let’s see how fast this gets taken care of cause I love to make these types of call and have nothing better to do – LOL!!! That flag is ridiculous. That’s the care and efficiency of the government for you….
Government ridiculousness!!! I went to my local post office this morning and was called out by my postmaster – it seems that he was contacted about the flag at MY POST OFFICE – CROMPOND – NOT AMAWALK – Because the complaint department asked me for my contact information and wrote down my address they contacted him. I find this truly amazing because even after me explaining the situation – and address of the AMAWALK POST OFFICE the complaint department called my postmaster whom I have a great relationship with, thank goodness – I again called the complaint number and gave the correct information again and was told I would “hear” from the postmaster in Amawalk – let us just see – sad – sad – sad
!!!!
UPDATE – As of 11:00 am this morning, and after yet another call to the 800 number threatening to be interviewed in front of said flag with News12 a Paulette Obertz called me and asked me if I was sure that the flag was torn – she spoke to Mimi in Amawalk and was assured that it wasn’t. I took the liberty of copying the photos here and sent them directly to Ms. Obertz email at usps.gov – (obertz.paulette@usps.gov.)
Let’s see what happens now – M
